55 gallon closed-head steel drums are industrial metal barrels used for the storage and transport of liquid materials, including hazardous and non-hazardous products. These drums are constructed from first-quality cold-rolled steel and are designed to protect product integrity during handling, storage, and shipment. The closed-head configuration includes 2" and 3/4" NPT bung openings for controlled filling, dispensing, and venting. Available interiors include rust inhibitor for short-term corrosion control or epoxy-phenolic lining for added chemical resistance. Standard stock color is black, with additional drum colors available by minimum order quantity.
