Considering it was produced after ordering and delivered from Texas to New York State, this was a pretty good turn around and delivery time. We expected the exterior lever locking ring, instead of the larger lever which unclasps inside the ring. It's not a big problem and we will make it work for our purposes. Definitely the best price on a delivered new 55 gallon drum, highly recommended!
