Ultra-Grip™ Battery Powered Drum Handler for 30–85 Gallon Steel and Fiber Drums
The Ultra-Grip™ battery powered drum handler is a full-function powered attachment built for demanding drum handling jobs. It lifts, transports, stacks, palletizes, rotates, inverts, and dumps drums without the operator leaving the seat.
This model is designed for steel and fiber drums ranging from 30 to 85 gallons, with drum diameters from 18 to 28 inches. Large rubber-lined jaws grip the drum securely while helping prevent denting or surface damage. Once clamped, all motion is controlled electrically for smooth, predictable handling.
The handler offers 360-degree drum rotation and up to 125 degrees of forward dumping, making it well suited for dispensing, processing, or controlled emptying. It mounts directly onto forklift forks and requires no forklift modifications.
Power is supplied by two 12-volt deep-cycle batteries, which are included. A built-in charger allows charging from a standard outlet. The control box features a coiled cord that extends from 4 feet to 20 feet, giving the operator flexibility while staying safely positioned.
