Ultra-Grip™ Battery Powered Drum Handler for 30–85 Gallon Steel Drums – Model 86135
The Ultra-Grip™ battery powered drum handler is built for operations that need one attachment to do everything. It lifts, transports, stacks, palletizes, rotates, inverts, and dumps steel drums without the operator leaving the seat.
This unit handles 30 to 85 gallon steel drums with diameters from 18 to 28 inches. Large rubber-lined jaws grip the drum securely while helping prevent denting or surface damage. Once engaged, the operator has full powered control over lifting, rotating, and dumping.
The handler provides 360-degree drum rotation and up to 125 degrees of forward dumping, making it ideal for dispensing, processing, or controlled emptying. No forklift modifications are required. The unit mounts directly to the forks and is ready for use.
Power comes from two 12-volt deep-cycle batteries, which are included. A built-in battery charger allows charging from a standard outlet. The control box uses a coiled cord that extends from 4 feet to 20 feet, giving the operator flexibility while staying safely positioned.
