That is why I wanted an open head so I can dip a bucket into it easily. Very impressed with the construction. Heavy duty. Very good seal around top. Very easy and secure lever lock. Very happy with entire ordering and shipping experience. I had to pay a little more for shipping, but I also didn’t have to do business with amazon. Order processed quickly and delivery within a few days. I would definitely do business again with this American company for a quality American made product.
