    This type of structure is not only scratch resistance it is also heat resistant for consistent temperatures up to 176º F, or periodic use for temperatures up to 212º F.
    Because the paddle is made of FDA poly material, it provides you a oar type stir stick for nearly any application.
    The T-handle gives you an ergonomic firm grip so you won't drop the 40" paddle and a 6"x13" blade with holes for your product to sift through and mix easily.
