The Mauser ® cylinder valve is a two-inch white polyethylene cylinder valve with a two-inch buttress outlet and a blue handle. It comes with an integrated foil seal over the outlet for tamper evidence and a 60 mm dust cap for the threaded end to keep particles and contaminants from the product when the foil seal is broken or while in storage. The valve is equipped with a high performance Viton® gasket, which is made of rubber and is resistant to temperature extremes, aggressive fuels, chemicals, oils and concentrated acids. The cylinder valve also features a buttress thread, which is designed to stand up to heavy axial loads in one direction and to resist great axial pressure from one direction.
