Flow-Rite 3/4" Faucet Food Grade FDA Approved Material Volume Polyethylene, for use with steel and polyethylene drums.
This is an instant "on" - "off" control which provides smooth, fast flow with no dribble.
A 3/4" size will fit a 55 gal with 3/4" tap in the bung cap. Will handle viscous material. Do not use above 125 degrees F or in a heated container. Color Choice not available. In-stock Color only.
This Rieke® 3/4" Flo-Rite plastic faucet made out of FDA-approved polyethylene (PE) plastic. Designed to screw into 3/4" threaded openings and can be used to dispense most non-flammable liquids and chemicals.
Polyethylene (PE) is the most commonly produced and used plastic polymer in the world. PE has good chemical resistance and is typically translucent and waxy in nature. We have various products made of polyethylene, from buttress screw caps with Flexspout to spill decks. PET bottles have a maximum hot fill temperature of 120°F.
